Пиво- горячо любимый многими мужчинами напиток. С ним мужики одинаково хорошо чувствуют себя на рыбалке, на отдыхе, на даче и сидя у телевизора при просмотре футбольного матча любимой команды. Традиционно под пиво идёт вобла, таранька, а также представленные в большом ассортименте в магазинах наборы под пиво. Но иногда хочется чего нибудь такого-этакого вкусненького для разнообразия.

Рецепт от шеф- повара  Ильи Лазерсона.

Гренки с сыром


  • хлеб белый (можно батон)- 8 ломтиков
  • сыр тёртый- 300 гр.
  • яйцо- 2 шт.
  • сливочное масло- 4 ст. ложки
  • пиво- 200 мл.горчица- 1 ч. ложка
  • перец красный молотый- по вкусу


Ломтики хлеба обжарить. Сыр натереть на мелкой тёрке. Растопить на сковороде масло и, постоянно помешивая, всыпать сыр, а затем залить пиво. Приправить смесь перцем и горчицей. Затем вылить на сковороду взбитые белки, всё перемешать и ещё раз разогреть, не доводя до кипения.

Гренки смазать полученной смесью и поставить примерно на 10 мин. в предварительно разогретую духовку. Всё. Гренки можно употреблять с пивом как в горячем, так и в холодном виде.
