Как сообщил Официальный сайт Президента России, по поручению Верховного Главнокомандующего Министерство обороны провело лётные испытания, в ходе которых осуществлён успешный пуск ракеты комплекса «Авангард» с гиперзвуковым планирующим крылатым боевым блоком.
Пуск проведён боевым расчётом соединения Ракетных войск стратегического назначения из позиционного района Домбаровский по условной цели на полигоне Кура в Камчатском крае.
Программа зачётных лётных испытаний выполнена в полном объёме, что позволяет в установленные сроки поставить комплекс «Авангард» на вооружение РВСН.
Владимир Путин поблагодарил создателей «Авангарда», участников испытаний и Министерство обороны за отлично проведённую работу.

Поздравим же и мы себя с замечательным успехом наших учёных, инженеров и рабочих, создавших этакое чудо. Если к этому добавить и систему “Посейдон”, то надо ещё посмотреть, кто кому накинул удавку на шею и если только чокнутые неоконы Пентагона и их закулисные кукловоды не самоубийцы, а что-то мне подсказывает, что так оно и есть, то им ничего не остаётся делать, как признать факт собственной уязвимости и поражения в так и не начавшейся толком очередной гонке вооружений.

Гиперзвуковой ракетный комплекс межконтинентальной дальности «Авангард» в ходе последних испытаний достиг скорости порядка 27 Махов (около 33 тыс. км/ч). По словам вице-премьера РФ Юрия Борисова, такие скорости и возможность активного маневрирования делают этот боевой блок практически неуязвимым для систем противоракетной обороны. При этом постоянный член Совета безопасности РФ и бывший глава Минобороны Сергей Иванов подчеркнул, что «Авангард» не нарушает международных соглашений по ограничению вооружений, включая СНВ-III.
Эксперты отмечают, что ракетный комплекс, способный фактически игнорировать существующую систему ПРО, восстановит баланс сил, нарушенный после выхода США из договора по ПРО.

Гиперзвуковой ракетный комплекс «Авангард» в ходе контрольных испытаний существенно превысил ранее обнародованные показатели скорости, достигнув отметки 27 Махов. Об этом в эфире телеканала «Россия 24» сообщил вице-премьер Юрий Борисов, в зону ответственности которого входят в том числе оборонно-промышленный комплекс и гособоронзаказ.
«Последние испытания показали, что он достиг скоростей, близких к 30 Махам. Около 27 Махов он набрал скорость. На этих скоростях практически ни одна противоракета не может его сбить», — рассказал Борисов.
По его словам, принципиальное отличие комплекса «Авангард» от существующих систем заключается в том, что невозможно спрогнозировать, где боевой блок будет в следующий момент времени из-за его способности маневрировать как по курсу, так и по тангажу.
«Практически обнуляется противоракетная оборона. Очень тяжело этот блок обнаружить и тем более поразить», — подчеркнул Борисов.
Отметим, что ранее предельной скоростью для «Авангарда» считался показатель порядка 20 Махов в плотных слоях атмосферы. Именно это число в своём мартовском обращении к Федеральному собранию назвал президент России Владимир Путин, говоря о новой системе вооружения. Напомним, что упрощённо число Маха показывает, во сколько раз истинная скорость летательного аппарата больше скорости звука в конкретной среде. Таким образом, показатель в 27 Махов соответствует примерно 33 тыс. км/ч.
Очередной испытательный пуск гиперзвукового ракетного комплекса был успешно проведён в среду, 26 декабря. Стартовав из позиционного района Домбаровский в Оренбургской области, «Авангард» преодолел около 6 тыс. км и поразил условную цель на полигоне Кура (Камчатка). По словам Владимира Путина, этот запуск стал заключительным испытанием системы, и теперь комплекс начнёт поставляться в российскую армию. Первый полк ракетных комплексов встанет на боевое дежурство уже в 2019 году.
«Новый вид стратегического оружия в мире впервые появился у нас и надёжно будет обеспечивать оборону нашего государства, нашего народа на десятилетия вперёд», — заявил президент, наблюдавший за испытаниями комплекса из Национального центра управления обороной.
Восстановление баланса
В свою очередь, постоянный член Совета безопасности РФ и бывший глава Минобороны Сергей Иванов подчеркнул, что ракетная система межконтинентальной дальности «Авангард» не нарушает международных соглашений по ограничению вооружений, включая Договор о сокращении и ограничении стратегических наступательных вооружений (СНВ-III).
«У нас были испытательные пуски в 2012—2013 годах, они проводились строго в рамках всех международных соглашений, и даже сейчас, с принятием на вооружение «Авангарда» мы не выйдем ни из каких параметров СНВ-III, например», — заявил он в эфире телеканала «Россия 24».
По его словам, создание ракетного комплекса не потребовало излишних финансовых вливаний, поскольку в распоряжении Ракетных войск стратегического назначения (РВСН) уже были как подходящие ракеты-носители, так и позиционный район.
«У нас в арсеналах было несколько десятков «сухих» ракет УР-100Н УТТХ. Срок службы таких жидкостных ракет начинается с первой заправки топливом. А они топливом никогда не заправлялись, они были новыми. А боевой крылатый блок «Авангард« идеально по своим массогабаритным характеристикам подходил именно к этой ракете… У нас есть задел — несколько десятков ракет-носителей, которые нам изготовлять не надо, деньги на них тратить не надо. Позиционные районы, где будут расположены полки, оснащённые комплексом «Авангард», уже есть. То есть кроме самого блока, других каких-либо крупных финансовых трат мы не осуществим», — рассказал Иванов.
При этом он констатировал, что Москва не планирует втягиваться в гонку вооружений (притом что затраты на создание «Авангарда» в сотни раз меньше средств, выделенных на создание США глобальной системы ПРО). Напротив, Россия меньшими средствами гарантирует свою безопасность на много десятилетий вперёд.
О соответствии комплекса «Авангард» договору СНВ-III заявил и военный эксперт, редактор журнала «Арсенал Отечества» Алексей Леонков. В беседе с RT он отметил, что эта ракетная система предназначена для решения широкого спектра задач на всей глубине театра военных действий.
«Он будет нести моноблочный заряд — скорее всего, мегатонного класса — и решать задачи, включая уничтожение важных объектов военной и гражданской инфраструктуры. Комплекс входит в нашу доктрину ответно-встречного удара. Это оружие сдерживания, потому что наши оппоненты из-за океана в 2002 году покинули договор по ПРО и нарастили эту группировку», — заявил эксперт.
«Они превосходили нас по системе противоракетной обороны. Теперь у нас будет комплекс, который сможет полностью эту систему ПРО игнорировать. Это даст стратегическую стабильность, восстановит баланс», — подчеркнул Леонков.
