Необыкновенно нежный и очень воздушный медовый пирог с легким ореховым ароматом. Делается он легко и очень быстро и так же быстро поедается с чаем или с молоком!

Рецепт - Быстрый медовый пирог


  • Яйцо- 2 шт.
  • Мука- 170 гр.
  • Сахар- 125 гр.
  • Мёд- 3 ст. ложки
  • Кефир- 110 мл
  • Арахис- 250 гр.
  • Сода- 1 ч. ложка


1. Необходимо 2/3 арахиса измельчить в мелкую крошку, почти до кашеобразного состояния. 1/3-в крупную крошку для посыпки пирога.

2. Яйца взбиваем с сахаром до пышной пены, добавляем мед, кефир. Перемешиваем до растворения меда.

3. Добавляем соду, не гасим, перемешиваем. Добавляем муку, перемешиваем. Затем орехи, которые измельчили в кашицу.

4. Тесто перекладываем в форму, посыпаем оставшимся арахисом и выпекаем при 180 ° минут 40-45. Через 30 минут можно проверить готовность палочкой.
