Сами маффины пришли к нам из Америки, где их очень любят. У нас же всегда были кексы. Чуть совместив оба рецепта, получаем такие вот чудные маффины за 5 минут в домашних условиях! Быстро и вкусно!
Как видите, такие маффины за 5 минут в домашних условиях готовить можно и нужно, — для завтрака, к примеру, идеальный вариант! Вкусно до безобразия, так что советую запастись глубокими чашками и делать такие маффины сразу по несколько штук. А вот и сам рецепт приготовления маффинов за 5 минут, наслаждайтесь!
Ингредиенты:
- Мука — 4 ст. ложки
- Сахар — 2 ст. ложки
- Молоко — 3 ст. ложки
- Масло сливочное — 2 ст. ложки
- Какао — 2 ст. ложки
- Шоколад измельченный — 2 ст. ложки
- Разрыхлитель — ¼ чайных ложки
- Яйцо — 1 штука
- Количество порций- 1
Приготовление:
1. Смешаем яйцо, растопленное масло и молоко до однородности.
2. Теперь добавим какао, сахар, муку и разрыхлитель. Перемешаем до однородности.
3. По центру помещаем шоколадные кусочки. Выпекаем 5 минут на максимальной мощности в микроволновке. Кекс сильно подымется, будьте готовы!
4. Вот и все! Вынимайте из чашки или подавайте прямо так, украсив мороженым. Вкуснейший маффин готов!
