Рецепт для выходного дня и не только. Побалуем себя любимых!

Овощной салат «Кремлевский торт»


  • Картофель — 4 шт.
  • Морковь — 2 шт.
  • Яйца — 5 шт.
  • Капуста белокочанная — 250 гр.
  • Грецкие орехи — 1 ст.
  • Майонез по вкусу.


– Яйца и картофель сварить. Остудить и очистить, нарезать не крупно. Белок оставить на украшение.

– Капусту мелко нашинковать, посолить и слегка подавить.

– Орехи обжариваем на сковороде и немного измельчаем.

– Сырую морковь натираем на тёрке.

Салат выкладываем слоями:

– первый слой — картофель, смазываем майонезом, немного подсолить,

– второй слой — морковь, смазываем майонезом,

– третий слой — желток,

– четвертый слой — капуста, смазать майонезом, подсолить.

Сверху посыпаем белком, натертым на мелкой терке.

Для более яркого вкуса в майонез можно добавить немного раздавленного чеснока.

Дать салату несколько часов настояться, пропитаться и охладиться.

Резать и подавать, как торт.
