Минэкономразвития сообщил радостную новость о снижении инфляции в России во втором квартале. Его радостно поддержал Центробанк. Кто бы ещё, кроме чиновников этих ведомств и их кураторов из числа политиков и олигархов, испытывал по этому поводу хоть какое-то удовлетворение… Ах, да. Ещё, наверное, президенту доложили. И премьер-министру. Сногсшибательные идиоты всё-таки там сидят.
Через границу у нас Китай, у которого растёт бешеными темпами экономика, в страну потоком идут инвестиции, а деньги за границу уходят только на проекты, которые приносят этой стране прибыль и помогают стать сверхдержавой, способной противостоять Америке. Китай, который нас обогнал по уровню зарплат на душу населения, не говоря о массе прочих более чем практических показателей.
Китай, который присоединил к себе все оторванные и отобранные у него территории, кроме, пока, Тайваня, и мало сомнений, что присоединит и Тайвань. Китай, в котором планы развития и национальные проекты выполняются либо в срок, либо с опережением. Притом, что это не имитация работы, где нет ничего, кроме цифр и пустых бумаг, а сплошная конкретика, из которой у нас разве что Крымский мост, экспортные трубопроводы да пара портов на Балтике.
У нас срывается всё, что только может срываться. Стратегия 2020? Кто о ней теперь вспоминает! Греф, что ли? Международный финансовый центр и свободно конвертируемый рубль? У Китая есть и то, и другое. Только не рубль, а юань. А у нас что? Кудрин, Силуанов, Набиуллина и таргетирование инфляции? Да на хрена оно, при таком оттоке из страны капиталов и отсутствии вложений в неё извне? О технологиях и не говорим.
Нет, начальство-то довольно. Оно всегда своими болванами от экономики и финансов довольно. Его показатели нашей низкой инфляции завораживают и гипнотизируют, как кобра воробья. Оно ими упивается и про них с удовольствием говорит где ни попадя. При этом реальный сектор дохнет отрасль за отраслью, бюджеты расхищаются и не выполняются, как и раньше, а национальные проекты – вообще чушь собачья, неизвестно для кого и чего придуманная.
Что до президентских указов и кадровой политики… Но не будем о грустном.
Мы сосредоточены не на развитии страны, а на обеспечении вывоза из страны национального богатства: ресурсов, остатков технологий, мозгов. И не надо песен о том, что это не так. Это хуже, чем так.
По космодрому “Восточный” видно. Да и не только по нему. Ну, разве что армия ещё держится, спасибо Шойгу и его команде. И сколько она продержится?
Без экономики за спиной и без веры населения во власть, которой просто неоткуда взяться, сколько она протянет?
На что и рассчитывают наши соседи по планете, отгрызая у нас кусок за куском от того, что ещё недавно было одной с нами страной, а становится нищими и враждебными России плацдармами будущей агрессии против неё.
А мы радуемся низкой инфляции, пишем никому не нужные отчёты наверх и возимся с Навальным, которого хоть завтра к стенке поставь, ничего в мире не изменится.
Это уже даже не имитация бурной деятельности. Это имитация имитации.
Хотя для Минэкономразвития, которое никакой экономики не развивало, не развивает и развивать не будет, для ЦБ и всей прочей нашей паразитарной финансово-чиновничьей надстройки, именно это – работа.
Ну, им же она доход даёт, а больше с них никто всерьёз ничего и не спрашивает. Да и спрашивать не будет.
Так, иногда президент правильными словами и с правильным выражением лица скажет им что-нибудь. И они делают вид, что приняли его слова к исполнению, а он, что поверил в это. Хотя всё много проще. Страна, работающая на собственное население. Уровень жизни и инфраструктура в Туве и Ингушетии, как в Москве, Питере и Татарстане. Тогда их и похвалить можно будет. А так…
Лучшие в мире министры финансов и глава Центробанка? Ну, может, для тех, на кого они работают, блокируя рост экономики и под благими предлогами разоряя страну, они и лучшие.
А не пошли бы они все из неё к дьяволу, туда, где были написаны те правила прокрустова ложа, в которое они Россию вбили?
Или там они, без страны за плечами, никому не нужны? Так и что с ними сделать за это? Расстрелов, пожалуй, будет мало. Не у китайцев ли совета спросить?!
