  • Кабачки- 5 шт. (~ 1,2 кг)
  • Фарш- 400 гр. (любой- говяжий, свиной, куриный, либо смесь- дело вкуса)
  • Лук- 3 средних луковицы
  • Томатная паста- 2 ст. л.
  • Помидоры- 7-8 шт. небольшого размера (желательно свои свежие, либо с рынка)
  • Сыр твёрдый- 100 гр. (можно и без него)
  • Яйцо- 4 шт.
  • Сметана- 150 гр.
  • Соль, перец- по вкусу
  • Подсолнечное масло- для жарки


Лук обжарить на сковороде, добавить фарш, посолить, поперчить, ввести томатную пасту.

Кабачки натереть на крупной терке, посолить, отжать сок!

Помидоры нарезать кружочками.

Яйца взбить со сметаной, посолить.

Форму смазать маслом, выложить половину кабачков, сверху фарш, затем опять кабачки. Выложить помидоры. Залить сметано-яичной смесью, посыпать тертым сыром.

Выпекать в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке 30-35 минут.
