Сочные и свежие купаты в наше время можно приобрести в любом супермаркете или магазине – были бы деньги! Но многие кулинары и домохозяйки не любят такие полуфабрикаты, считая что им нужна длительная термическая обработка. На самом же деле если у вас на кухне есть микроволновая печь, то купаты будут готовы ровно за 15 минут. Даже гарнир для таких колбасок вы будете готовить куда дольше, поэтому забейте этот рецепт себе в закладки и пользуйтесь им при нехватке времени на готовку основных блюд, не забыв приобрести охлажденные купаты.

Купаты в микроволновке готовятся настолько быстро, что вы сумеете подать их к столу всего лишь за 15 минут! Помните о том, что купаты в микроволновке не зарумяниваются, а остаются бледными – не пережарьте их. При желании в жидкость вы можете добавлять различные специи и лавровый лист, зубчики чеснока – от этого вкус блюда только выиграет.
Ингредиенты:
- Купаты – 4-6 шт.
- Соль – 2 щепотки
- Молотый черный перец – 2 щепотки
- Вода – 100 мл
Приготовление:
1. Выберите специальную емкость для готовки в микроволновой печи и выложите в нее промытые купаты.
2. Присыпьте солью и молотым черным перцем по вкусу.
3. Обязательно проткните каждую мясную сардельку несколько раз ножом, чтобы она не лопнула в процессе приготовления.
4. Влейте в емкость горячую воду и накройте ее крышкой.
5. Поместите емкость с содержимым в микроволновую печь и включите таймер на 15 минут при максимуме мощности. Если у вас слишком мощная микроволновка, то проверьте готовность сарделек спустя половину указанного времени.
6. Готовые купаты отдадут лишний жир жидкости и слегка подрумянятся на боках, выпирающих из бульона.
7. Извлеките мясные сардельки из бульона и выложите на тарелки, подайте вместе со свежей зеленью, разрезав на кусочки. Поздравляю! Теперь вы знаете, как приготовить купаты в микроволновке.
