Невероятная для 43-тонной машины скорость 70 километров в час, отличная динамика, усиленная комбинированная броня и сокрушительная огневая мощь — Минобороны России до конца 2017-го отправит на ремонт очередную партию газотурбинных танков Т-80БВ. Как сообщил РИА Новости источник в оборонно-промышленном комплексе, на предприятиях корпорации “Уралвагонзавод” их основательно “перетряхнут”, проверят и обновят. Вторая жизнь
Этим летом на выставке “Армия-2017” Минобороны и корпорация “Уралвагонзавод” подписали долгосрочный контракт на глубокую модернизацию Т-80БВ. УВЗ реставрирует их сразу по двум программам — базовой и улучшенной. Первая предусматривает замену штатного прицела на всепогодный “Сосна-У”, установку прицела-дублера и существенную доработку двигателя, в результате которой танк по аналогии с реактивными истребителями получит кратковременный форсажный режим.

По второй программе в дополнение ко всему устанавливаются модули усиленной динамической защиты “Реликт”. Кроме того, в обоих случаях проводятся комплексное техническое обслуживание, тщательная диагностика и замена деталей, выработавших ресурс. Танки модернизируются партиями по несколько машин, в зависимости от потребностей и финансовых возможностей Минобороны. Доработку Т-80 по базовой схеме планируется завершить в следующем году.

Огонь и защита
Стоит отметить, установка прицела “Сосна-У” (как в усовершенствованном Т-72Б3) помогла заметно улучшить систему управления огнем и повысить огневой потенциал “восьмидесятки”. Благодаря тепловизору, лазерному дальномеру и автомату сопровождения цели, новый прицельный комплекс обеспечивает стабильное наведение орудия в любых метеоусловиях днем и ночью, причем на предельные дальности. Независимый телевизионный прицел-дублер необходим для ведения огня из пушки и спаренного пулемета при повреждении или отказе основных прицелов. К примеру, при их обесточивании в бою. Кроме того, в модернизированных версиях Т-80 установлен усовершенствованный механизм заряжения.
Замена навесной динамической защиты предыдущего поколения “Контакт” на более современную “Реликт” позволяет повысить устойчивость Т-80 к попаданиям не только кумулятивных снарядов, но и бронебойно-подкалиберных. Это важно, поскольку роль кинетических противотанковых боеприпасов в вооруженных конфликтах в последние годы заметно возросла. К слову, “болванки” с сердечниками из обедненного урана в больших количествах хранятся в арсеналах бронетанковых соединений НАТО — и списывать их пока никто не собирается.

Под свист турбин
Главная фирменная особенность танка Т-80 — его “сердце”. Из-под бронепанелей корпуса слышится не привычное урчание дизельного двигателя, а характерное скорее для авиации мелодичное посвистывание газовой турбины. Это первый в мире основной танк с ГТД. Использование необычной для этого вида боевой техники силовой установки стало настоящим прорывом советских инженеров в области танкостроения. “Восьмидесятка” получилась беспрецедентно подвижной, маневренной и автономной.
Трехвальный ГТД-1000Т мощностью в 1100 лошадиных сил быстро разгоняет машину до 70 километров в час и имеет множество технических преимуществ: отлично заводится в мороз до минус 40 градусов, быстро заменяется, не глохнет при резкой остановке, устойчиво работает на различных видах топлива (от авиационного керосина до обычной солярки). Естественно, если танк заправить низкокачественным дизельным топливом, ресурс двигателя снизится. Но кто думает о ресурсе в реальных боевых условиях, когда стоит задача любой ценой прорвать оборону противника и продолжать наступление, заливая в горловины баков “все, что горит”? Примечательно, что, если стоять у передней части танка, его работу почти не слышно, — это говорит о низкой акустической заметности Т-80. В силу конструкции газотурбинный двигатель выполнен “сухим”, то есть не требует заливки охлаждающей жидкости. Также ГТД не надо, как дизель, “подогревать” перед запуском на холоде.

За эти и другие качества турбине можно простить “прожорливость” (5,5 литра на километр против четырех у дизеля), низкую ремонтопригодность “в поле” из-за сложной конструкции, “капризный нрав” и требовательность к качеству топлива. Впрочем, для снижения расхода горючего разработана система автоматического стартера в генераторном режиме на стоянке. Ее также предполагается устанавливать в рамках модернизации.

Международное признание
Сейчас в распоряжении у России находятся 3,2 тысячи танков Т-80БВ. Такие данные приводятся в докладе Международного института стратегических исследований (IISS) The Military Balance. Из этих машин на вооружении стоят лишь двести, а остальные хранятся на складах в режиме консервации. Главный российский оператор Т-80 — Четвертая гвардейская танковая Кантемировская дивизия. Русский скоростной танк по достоинству оценили и за рубежом. Он экспортировался в несколько стран мира, включая Южную Корею, Республику Кипр и Йемен. Интересно, что поставками “восьмидесяток” вместе с БМП и БТР Москва гасила госдолг бывшего СССР перед Южной Кореей в середине 1990-х — начале 2000-х.
В конце октября 2017-го портал “Поан Ньюз” со ссылкой на парламентария Ли Чон Голя сообщил о том, что Сеул пока не хочет торопиться со снятием российских танков с вооружения. Причина — отсутствие достойной альтернативы. “То, что танки Т-80У или бронемашины БМП-3 подтвердили свои выдающиеся способности в бою, — факт”, — сказал Ли Чон Голь. Корейцы не раз жаловались, что испытывают трудности с ремонтом русских боевых машин из-за нехватки запчастей. Кроме того, Т-80 плохо “увязываются” с другой техникой, имеющейся у Сеула.
Как рассказал РИА Новости главный конструктор по модернизации, ремонту и обслуживанию специальной техники завода “Омсктрансмаш” (в группе УВЗ входит в ГК “Ростех”) Андрей Сабаев, российское предприятие готово помочь корейским коллегам с техобслуживанием сложных узлов и даже модернизировать Т-80, но для этого требуется соответствующая заявка от Росборонэкспорта.
