Запад недаром готов идти на любые ухищрения, чтобы не допустить союза наших стран – слишком сильно он может изменить геополитический «расклад», и никак не в пользу наших «доброжелателей».
При всех невообразимых еще недавно «вывертах» официального Минска, откуда периодически стали звучать предельно некорректные, на грани фола высказывания, народ Белоруссии и близко не доведен до той точки оболванивания, на которой антироссийские идеи воспринимаются сколько-нибудь значительной частью населения., потому “друзьям и партнёрам” что России, что Белоруссии ловить нечего.
Да и Александр Григорьевич похоже начал понимать, чем будет чревато дальнейшее движение в избранном им с определенного момента направлении типа этому дала – этому дала. Есть предел любой глупости и терпению, ну а в умении трезво мыслить Лукашенко, при всех его закидонах, не откажешь.
Разворот Минска к Москве: новый маневр или прозрение Лукашенко?

Недавнее заявление Владимира Семашко, посла Белоруссии в России, прозвучало, без всякого преувеличения, сенсационно для многих как на Западе, так и в нашей стране. После многочисленных выпадов Александра Григорьевича в адрес Москвы, обвинений в «постоянном подсовывании новых условий», «нагибалове» и бог знает, в чем еще – вдруг слова, анонсирующие гораздо более серьезный прорыв в интеграции, чем в последнее время могли бы ожидать даже самые записные оптимисты.
Заподозрить столь уважаемого и высокопоставленного представителя Минска в «отсебятине» в данном случае категорически невозможно – не та страна. Делать подобные посылы ее послы без согласования «на самом верху» не могут категорически. Однако остаются сомнения относительно того, с чем мы имеем дело: с очередным хитрым маневром Минска в ведущейся им уже какое-то время игре «любит – не любит, плюнет – поцелует», или с принятием осознанного и окончательного выбора, который должен положить конец подобным опасным «забавам»?
Слова Семашко совершенно однозначны и двойного толкования не допускают. Дипломат анонсирует ни много ни мало, а «грандиозные цели», реализация которых ведет действительно к углубленной интеграции. Речь не только о едином рынке энергоносителей, унификации налогового законодательства, но также, по данным некоторых СМИ, о создании «единых органов власти – парламента и правительства», с серьезными полномочиями и управленческими функциями, которые будут делегированы им как Минском, так и Москвой. Это уже более чем серьезно!
О том, что данные утверждения отнюдь не голословны, равно как и указание на то, что, как минимум 20 из предполагавшихся 30 «дорожных карт» по объединительным процессам уже «согласованы абсолютно», свидетельствует и факт предстоящей 6 декабря встречи премьер-министров двух государств. Она официально подтверждена белорусским Совмином, с уточнением о том, что на ней Дмитрий Медведев и Сергей Румас не чаи гонять собираются, а будут «прорабатывать ход работы по согласованию интеграционных процессов».
Похоже, начавший было образовываться в отношениях между Белоруссией и Россией лед стремительно тает, к счастью, так и не дойдя до уровня полярных торосов…
Рады этому, конечно же, далеко не все.
«Майдан» в Минске? Не сегодня…
Как того и следовало ожидать, на Украине данную новость восприняли очень болезненно. В некоторых особо антироссийски озабоченных тамошних СМИ уже с какого-то перепугу заявили, что «ситуация в Минске предельно накалена и напоминает события в Киеве шестилетней давности». При этом цитируется некий «белорусский оппозиционер» Павел Северинец, моментально обвинивший Александра Лукашенко в «продаже страны» и призвавший белорусов к выходу на «массовый протест для защиты независимости» 7 декабря. При всей неоднозначности отношений между нашими странами, имевшей место в последнее время, сегодняшние реалии таковы, что с их учетом антироссийский «майдан» в Минске мог «родиться» исключительно в воспаленных мозгах русофобов из Киева.
Огорчу их: согласно обнародованным недавно данным опроса общественного мнения, проведенного силами экспертов одного из аналитических центров Института международных отношений МГИМО, около 60% жителей Белоруссии видят ее будущее исключительно в тесном союзе с Россией. Еще более 30% считают, что отношения между странами должны быть «партнерскими». За «нейтралитет» высказались чуть более 10% респондентов. А уж адептов «вражды» с нашей страной набралось и вовсе 0.2%. С такими шансами «майдан» не стоит даже и начинать. Деньги на ветер…
При всех невообразимых еще недавно «вывертах» официального Минска, откуда периодически стали звучать предельно некорректные, на грани фола высказывания, вроде «чужих войн» и тому подобных вещей, народ Белоруссии и близко не доведен до той точки оболванивания, на которой антироссийские идеи воспринимаются сколько-нибудь значительной частью населения. И если Александр Григорьевич вовремя понял, чем будет чревато дальнейшее движение в избранном им с определенного момента направлении, то это лишь подтверждает его репутацию весьма дальновидного и опытного политика.
Впрочем, помощь ему в этом была оказана просто неоценимая. И как раз теми, кто спит и видит Белоруссию второй Украиной. В главном «инкубаторе цветных революций», Вашингтоне, в последнее время ее проблемами озаботились просто до чрезвычайности. Соответствующие мероприятия следуют буквально одно за другим. Не успели завершиться в Хельсинкской комиссии Конгресса США слушания по вопросу «российского вмешательства в белорусские дела», на самом деле бывшие, чем-то вроде семинара на тему: «как устроить в Минске государственный переворот в кратчайшие сроки», как уже Джеймстаунский фонд торопится провести форум на тему «перезагрузки» отношений Белоруссии и «Западного мира». Что характерно, «поиск» белорусами «своей национальной идентичности» там почему-то намертво увязали с наметившимся вроде бы «сближением» страны с Соединенными Штатами.
Белоруссия без России. Но и без Лукашенко…
Главное, впрочем, не в этом. Вся упомянутая выше возня поднялась в Вашингтоне неспроста, а в преддверии решающего этапа в интеграционном процессе Минска и Москвы. Однако даже в этот момент американские «партнеры» не находят в себе сил хотя бы изобразить минимальную терпимость к «отвратительному авторитарному режиму Лукашенко». Да, да, именно так назвал нынешнюю белорусскую власть участвовавший в слушаниях Хельсинкского комитета Брайан Уитмор, представлявший там Центр анализа европейской политики (CEPA), организацию предельно русофобскую и достаточно серьезную по статусу и уровню. Остальные участники «дискуссии», «эксперты» и спикеры данного мероприятия, кстати, как на подбор были представителями белорусской «оппозиции», давно и прочно обосновавшейся на Западе и ведущей оттуда открытую подрывную деятельность против «бывшей родины». И, уж конечно, поголовно мечтающей о свержении Лукашенко.
И, кстати, одной из главных рекомендаций, выработанных на этом крайне сомнительном «форуме», стало утверждение о необходимости значительного усиления финансирования и поддержки «гражданского общества» и «неправительственных организаций» в Белоруссии.
А вот от этого до «майдана» уже просто полшага. Да и оглашенные Вашингтоном намерения о резком увеличении в Минске собственного дипломатического присутствия на данном фоне тоже выглядят, скажем так, несколько зловеще – особенно для ее нынешнего лидера.
На слушаниях Джеймстаунского фонда ту же CEPA представлял уже не говорун Уитмор, а экс-командующий вооруженными силами США в Европе Бен Ходжес. Он, надо отдать должное, был по-военному откровенен. Совершенно не скрывая истинных причин озабоченности Соединенных Штатов «независимостью Белоруссии от России», отставной генерал сетовал на «непроходимость» неба этой страны для ВВС США. Настолько же циничен он был и завершая свое выступление словами о том, что «обращается к стране, в которой заинтересованы США, а не к Лукашенко, который уже не имеет значения».
Присутствовавшему в зале заместителю главы МИД Белоруссии Олегу Кравченко эти слова вряд ли ласкали слух. Он даже попытался возражать в том духе, что «отношения Минска и Москвы являются их внутренним делом». Кто бы его стал слушать в Вашингтоне… Но вот Александр Григорьевич, скорее всего, звучавшие в его адрес в американской столице совершенно недвусмысленные намеки уловил. И оценил их по достоинству, приняв соответствующее решение. Да и, с другой стороны, что он получил за время собственного недавнего «рывка на Запад»? Инвестиции? Кредитование? Приглашение в какие-либо международные структуры, сулящие Белоруссии реальные перспективы развития?
Ничего вообще… Впрочем, нет. Министр иностранных дел Швеции Анн Линде недавно заявила, что ее страна в официальном общении с Белоруссией отныне будет использовать название Belarus, а не прежнее Vitryssland. По словам дипломатки, это ничто иное, как «признание белорусского гражданского общества», а также «реверанс в сторону тех, кто «давно хотел подчеркнуть национальную самобытность и суверенитет своей страны». От этого, однозначно, всем белорусам станет жить лучше и веселей. Главное – сытнее и богаче…
Как бы то ни было, но Лукашенко, прежде всего, всегда был прагматиком. Ну, начал его подводить в последнее время реализм. Бывает… Однако не видеть и не понимать того, что Западу, и Соединенным Штатам – прежде всего, ни в каком качестве кроме военного плацдарма в противостоянии России Белоруссия совершенно не нужна, он не может. А уж того, что с ним во главе она для «коллективного Запада» категорически неприемлема, и подавно. Разговоры о «диверсификации» и закупках нефти за океаном – это одно. Вот только реальная экономика – это совершенно другое.
И для Минска без России на нынешнем этапе она попросту невозможна. Вон, директор УП «Геоинформационные системы» белорусской Национальной академии наук Сергей Золотой недавно заявил, что на пороге усиление совместной российско-белорусской группировки спутников дистанционного сканирования Земли. Белорусские спутники понесут на орбиту наши ракеты. Это – реальные перспективы. Это – будущее. Запад недаром готов идти на любые ухищрения, чтобы не допустить союза наших стран – слишком сильно он может изменить геополитический «расклад», и никак не в пользу наших «доброжелателей». Хочется верить, что в Минске все это понимают не менее отчетливо, чем в Москве, и решения, которые вскоре будут приняты, станут окончательными и никакому «обжалованию» не подлежащими.
